Awa Jurobe Yashiki (Puppet Theater and Museum)
Awa Ningyo Joruri is a traditional puppet theater native to Tokushima, where each puppet is brought to life by a team of three puppeteers. At Awa Jurobe Yashiki, visitors can enjoy daily performances of this traditional art. You can also explore exhibits of puppets and costumes, and discover how the puppets are operated and the different roles of the performers.
