Nakano Udon School
An udon noodle school located in the town around the Konpira-san (Kotohira-gu) Shrine.
In the udon-making class, udon teachers will teach you how to make authentic Sanuki udon starting from flour kneading. Including the steps of kneading the flour with a rolling pin, boiling, and eating, classes last from about 60 to 90 minutes. Sample tasting and other activities are also available after making the noodles.
