Sugi-no-Osugi Japanese cedar
This giant cedar tree is estimated to be 3,000 years old. The tree is called "meoto sugi," as it is two trees (north cedar and south cedar) connected at the root.
It is believed that visitors to the tree can fulfill their wishes,as a female singer once prayed for vocal skills and later became one of Japan's best singers.
