Harimaya Bridge
A small bridge located in central Kochi City, it is one of the popular photo spots. It is also known as the setting of a legendary love story between a monk and a local woman, which has been immortalized in the lyrics of a local folk song called yosakoi-bushi.
Across the street a mechanical clock announces each hour with Kochi's popular icons such as Kochi Castle, Katsurahama and this Harimaya Bridge along with the yosakoi-bushi melody.
