Kochi Yosakoi Information Exchange Center
This center introduces the appeal and history of the Yosakoi Festival that originated from Kochi in 1954.
In addition to being able to see the history of Yosakoi on a large screen, visitors can try on Yosakoi outfits and take pictures of themselves dancing in them with "naruko" clappers. They can even try making "naruko" clappers themselves.
The exterior of the center is also worth seeing, as it was designed to imitate a "jikatasha" (decorated music trucks) which are indispensable for the Yosakoi Festival.
