Located on the shore of Katsurahama Park, this aquarium faces the Tosa Bay.
Visitors can see the school of swimming Japanese lates, said to be a rare and almost legendary fish. The sea lion and seal shows are popular.
In addition, visitors can get right up close to the sea creatures and there are many opportunities for feeding and touching the sea creatures.
