Iwami Kagura Traditional Dance
Iwami Kagura is a traditional performing art of western Shimane Prefecture which has been passed down since ancient times. It is known for its luxurious and gorgeous costumes, vividly expressive masks, and high-tempo dynamic dances. The stories are also easy to follow, making this performing art enjoyable by all, including foreign visitors.
Performances can be viewed almost every Saturday without a reservation.
